How to Delete Your Account
Email Request
Send an email to info@homeplatebrands.co.za with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. Include your full name and email address used with our services.
Form Submission
Alternatively, you can fill out our Account Deletion Request Form to initiate the process.
Timeline
We'll acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion process within 30 days. We'll send confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Note: Upon deletion, all your personal information will be removed from our systems. Some information may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted. We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as outlined in our Data Deletion Policy.
