In-App Account Deletion

HPDriver App

Path:

  1. Open HPDriver app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Select Settings
  4. Choose Privacy
  5. Tap "Delete My Account"
  6. Confirm deletion

Homeplate App

Path:

  1. Open Homeplate app
  2. Go to Account section
  3. Select Privacy Settings
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Review deletion details
  6. Confirm deletion

HPVendor App

Path:

  1. Open HPVendor app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Account Management
  4. Choose "Delete Account Data"
  5. Review impact on business
  6. Confirm deletion

⚠️ Important Notes

  • • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • • You'll lose access to all app features and data
  • • Any active orders or earnings will be processed before deletion
  • • You can create a new account later if needed

⏱️ Processing Times

  • In-App Deletion: Immediate account deactivation, complete within 30 days
  • Email Requests: 7-day acknowledgment, complete within 30 days
  • Backup Systems: Up to 90 days for complete removal from all backups

Special Circumstances

💰 Active Subscriptions

If you have active subscriptions, please cancel them through your device's app store before deleting your account. We can schedule your account deletion for after your subscription expires if preferred.

🚚 Pending Orders

If you have pending orders or deliveries, we'll complete these transactions before processing your deletion request. This ensures you receive your orders and drivers receive their payments.

🏪 Business Accounts (HPVendor)

For business accounts, we may need additional time to ensure proper closure of business relationships, outstanding payments, and compliance with tax regulations. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

⚖️ Legal Disputes

If there are ongoing legal disputes or investigations involving your account, some data may need to be retained until resolution. We'll inform you of any such circumstances and expected timelines.
